Andrew Hyeroba — known professionally as "Coach Andeh" — is an organisational psychologist and multi-sectoral management consultant with 27+ years of experience leading, designing, and managing complex leadership development, HR, organisational development, and change management strategies across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. He has worked in 22+ countries across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
His client list includes Oxfam International, ActionAid International, the World Bank, FAO, the World Customs Organization, Management Sciences for Health, and AMP Health. He has held HR and OD leadership roles for ActionAid in West & Central Africa and in Uganda, served as a Regional Change Manager for Oxfam across the Horn, East and Central Africa region, and run his own consulting partnerships (HNL Consulting, Utile Solutions Limited) delivering 80+ assignments across strategy, leadership, OD, and policy.
He is a PhD Candidate in Business & Management (Entrepreneurial Ecosystems) at Makerere University, where he also earned his Master of Organisational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology and Mathematics. He is a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner, a Coach Masters Academy Certified Professional Transformative Coach, and an IFC Business Edge Trainer. He sits on the Board of the Regional Psychosocial Support Initiative (REPSSI).
