Lead operational oversight of the Area Office and ensure high-quality support services. You have: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Project and team Management role, preferably within a humanitarian/recovery context. Bachelor's degree in political sciences, Social Studies, Business Administration, or any other relevant field. Fluency in French, both written and verbal. Experience in implementing and managing cash-based interventions and market-based programmes. Knowledge of the context in DR Congo. Good knowledge of Swahili and local languages. Experience with start-up, exit or similar. Handling insecure environment. Planning and delivering results. Working with people. Analysing. Communication with impact and respect. Coping with change. Build meaningful relations. Act with integrity. Empower people. Deliver results.

Requirements
