Job Description

Lead operational oversight of the Area Office and ensure high-quality support services. You have: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Project and team Management role, preferably within a humanitarian/recovery context. Bachelor's degree in political sciences, Social Studies, Business Administration, or any other relevant field. Fluency in French, both written and verbal. Experience in implementing and managing cash-based interventions and market-based programmes. Knowledge of the context in DR Congo. Good knowledge of Swahili and local languages. Experience with start-up, exit or similar. Handling insecure environment. Planning and delivering results. Working with people. Analysing. Communication with impact and respect. Coping with change.
