The Programme Manager is responsible for the overall management of the programme, including the development of the programme strategy, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation. The Programme Manager will work closely with the Country Director and the Programme Development Team to ensure that the programme is implemented in accordance with ACTED's policies and procedures.
