Missions Principales
- Superviser l’ouverture et la gestion du magasin
- Gérer les ventes et atteindre les objectifs commerciaux
- Encadrer et former l’équipe de vente
- Garantir une expérience client haut de gamme
- Gérer les stocks et les approvisionnements
- Assurer la présentation visuelle du magasin
- Participer au développement de la marque
Profil Recherché
- Expérience en gestion de magasin (minimum 3 ans)
- Expérience en prêt-à-porter féminin fortement souhaitée
- Leadership et sens commercial développé
- Excellente présentation et sens du service client
- Esprit dynamique et entrepreneurial
