Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for the operational management of a site/construction site. He/She ensures the proper execution of the work in compliance with deadlines, budget, quality and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules. Manage and coordinate all on-site activities Supervise internal teams and contractors Plan the work and ensure that the schedule is respected Guarantee the quality of the projects in accordance with the technical specifications Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules and regulations in force Manage the site's human and material resources Track costs, control budget, and optimize spending Ensure communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders Write progress reports and report alerts Identify and resolve technical or organizational issues Requirements Technical training (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in engineering, construction, civil engineering, or equivalent Proven experience in site or site management Strong team management skills Good knowledge of HSE standards Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Excellent organizational and communication skills Operational management Project Management Leadership Reading plans and technical documents Proficiency in reporting and planning tools Autonomy and rigor
